「We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!」

「We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate.
