"There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. "Convenient and reasonable stay night of travel but other than that, just ok for the room quality. Also Bell person wasn’t available when we reached so we literally had to take all our international sized luggage up to the room on the third floor ourselves. Proper instructions weren’t given for hardly anything. Rooms are not equipped with proper charging ports for USB or USB-C which makes it really hard for travelers who just reached. Water bottles have to be asked for. We had to wait for a child’s cot which we ordered in advance and the shower was leaking into the bathroom. Breakfast was great though and the staff at the restaurant was highly attentive. I have stayed at the Novotel and found that more convenient and generally better quality."

"The shower was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I witnessed two of the cleaning staff, just wipe one part of the shower glass as their daily routine for the shower. There was limescale, black mold and mildew on and between the shower tiles, by the shower faucet as well. In the corner that connects the glass partition, was horrible with mold on the silicon. When I asked if they can clean it, one of the cleaners tried to wipe it with a cloth and the other tried, not very well, with just a few brushes of a small brush, no chemicals or anything to assist. I told management but when I came back to my room later that night, nothing changed. If you are a clean person, DO NOT STAY at this hotel. I can't describe it, but although the room looked clean, it felt nasty. Also, the mattress on one of the twin beds in my room stunk soo bad, I had to sleep on the other one. Would not recommend nor stay there again."
