This is a great hotel, with access to ajoining resort. The hotel is a little tired, but still clean and modern. a great option if you want all the benefits of the resort next door on a friendly budget. The staff are great and the included buffet breakfast is fresh with many options. Most afternoons we had the pool to ourselves - if we wanted more fun we just went next door into the resort. If staying here go across the road to the Vietnamese Warung - it is the BEST food in Kuta - so bloody good and cheap!

We really enjoyed our stay here and found the location really good. Not right in the heart of Kuta but not far from anything. It was a little quieter which was appreciated. It was also a great surprise to find out we could also use all the facilities of Bintang resort aswell.

Liked the location. Had a dedicated floor to non smoking. Great being able to use Ramada Bintang facilities and very shot walk from one building to another. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel should consider placing centre handrail on pool step. Would go back for another stay. Stayed 7 nights.

We stayed here for about six hours when our flight home was delayed. For the price I was really impressed with the service and facilities, as well as the room itself. The location was an easy walk to the Discovery Mall and beach. On check-out the front desk clerk was able to arrange a car to take us to the airport immediately (for a fee) so we didn’t even have to worry about getting a taxi.

Very pleased

I stayed here for 10 nights another a tour of Indonesia. I was very please with the hotel. The breakfast was great and changed things every day. My room safe was not working so I went to the front dest to report; when I got to my room there were people to changeout my safe (not repair they replaced) in 15 minuted. Amazing. The room I had was good size with a desk and great closet for travellers. Great layout.

Great place to stay in Kuta. Rooms were clean and tidy, quiet area of Kuta, away from the hustle and bustle of it all but still walking distance. Great little warung across the road if you don’t want to go far for food. I can see why people complain about the noise from other rooms, if you are around noisy people you can definitely hear but didn’t bother us much. We are non smokers so didn’t enjoy the smell from other rooms that were clearly smoking in their room but that is a people problem , not sure there is much the hotel can do about this when they clearly have non smoking on all the rooms. We were on level 4 interconnecting 434-435 (2 adults and 3 kids (6,8,11)) we were very happy to be on an outside view room. Breakfast staff were amazing and always looked after us, have to ask for coffee, bacon and butter (can also ask for poached eggs if you want them but there is an egg station) , nothing was too much trouble and enjoyed having a chat with us everyday which was lovely. Would definitely stay again!
