Highly recommended Hotel in a great location. Rooms were quite roomy, modern, very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Bigger than average fridge was a bonus. The breakfast option was amazing and all the staff were just wonderful. The outdoor area and pool was lovely. I had double room on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the pool & water feature. My second stay here & will definitely return next trip. You won’t be disappointed.

The toilet was in awkward place for legs to fit into. I had to ask for hand soap. The card access did not work too well. But the staff was warm, welcoming and attending. The location was great.

Noisy place, clean comfortable room, no parking ( had to park down the street in a muddy place). Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:00. Lots of restaurants in the area. You can walk to Kuta Beach.
