Room was clean. Staff were great. Massage in the spa was top shelf. Really nice place to stay. Property is getting a bit tired in places and just a few things about the room that could be improved but only minor cosmetic things. The El Jardín restaurant was a revelation and we couldn’t understand why it wasn’t packed. Breakfast and cafe served some of the best coffees I’ve had in Bali. Enjoyed our 2 nights here

Very clean. Bathroom a little dated (if you care about these things) but did what it need to do and was spotless. Very comfortable huge bed. Easy access to the garden and pool. Staff were very smiley, friendly, warm and professional. Breakfast food was excellent. Didn’t eat attthe hotel although what we saw from others’ food looked and smelled really good. The beach was not great. The pool was quite deep. Overall, I’d be happy to go back again.

Everything was good. The staff is so pleasant and friendly; the room is very clean and well maintained. It is a very pleasant place to stay. It was my third stay in a period of several years and it is constantly good. I would certainly go back when I come back to Bali.
