Great service and body temperature swimming pool

Our room was opening to a terrasse and a swimming pool at ideal temperature. Our host at the reception was very helpful. A great boutique hotel to feel at home.

Very nice place with friendly and smiling staff. Nice location and Room. Love this place. The only thing is that the bedsheets and clothes always feel wet. Maybe an idea to invest in a moisture extractor in the rooms? I’ll be back❤️

Open house is the perfect place to arrive at after a long haul flight, it’s tranquil, beautifully decorated and the staff are super helpful. The pool area is lovely and breakfasts amazing. It’s super convenient and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Couldn’t recommend enough

Nice boutique hotel with the most wonderful staff ! 5+ stars for staff and food The owner is a Spainard who has been on Bali over 30 years with extensive global hotel experience. He has created a wonderful oasis and yet helps carry bags, and do daily maintenance chores ! He has selected a fantastic staff who are genuinely helpful and happy. General Manager is Balinese with an eye for detail but still treats staff with respect gaining the hotel loyal and happy employees. 5 stars for style of hotel with the oasis courtyard, restaurant and swimming pool. Rooms are spacious with a large balcony and superior Air Conditioning and ventilation fans. We stayed on the upper floor which offered more balcony privacy than the lower rooms that open directly to the swimming pool. The configuration of the bathroom within two meters of the bed is a bit odd and could be improved with just a light bamboo screen between the bath and sleeping area. 4+ for location in a safe area that is very close to the beach with groceries, clubs and a variety of restaurants nearby. We stayed over New Year's Eve and were treated to a world class lobster dinner and a amazing Balinese dances providing a great taste of authentic culture. 4 for the cleanliness of the beach as it is a bay with quite a bit of small washing ashore, though plenty of staff cleaning it daily 3+ for quiet at night as there is a nearby restaurant and club that has karaoke until 2200 hours (10:00pm). Suksma ping banget 🙏

I enjoyed staying there. Everyone was amicable and attentive. Everything was relatively clean except white towels passed their age and warned out. It would be nicer to have a fresh-looking towel to wipe your body at the end of the day. The owner was very friendly and attentive to details. Overall, I enjoyed staying there and will return.

Perfect place to stay, close to beach (2 minutes walking) and tons of restaurants. Easy to get to from airport, but the best is Open House amenities and it's staff of friendly and courteous people. Super clean through out and great restaurant including the wonderful breakfast. Will definitely book again.

A Great find!!

Very nice small hotel close to the beach and the local market. Tye beach is really fabulous as it’s clean and not overcrowded!! Many great grilled fish restaurants in the beach.. but the hotel offers lovely cuisine as well. The owner, Josse, and his staff were all so kind and accommodating. This is a real find for the $ in this area!!

This is such a great place to stay! Less than a minute walk to a gorgeous beach. The grounds are well cared for and the staff went above and beyond many times. So courteous and kind. A little haven and so close to the airport. They arrange everything for you. I would recommend booking spa services for sure! So affordable and well worth the money.

The Open House - you left such a great memory to me! From our arrival to departure, this hotel exceeded expectations, mainly because of the service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cening, who took us to the restaurant area for a refreshing welcome drink and delicious fried bananas. Our luggage was taken care of and delivered to the room. We booked four nights and received a 30-minute free massage per person, plus breakfast included. I requested a room upstairs (there’s only first and second floor, no elevator). All rooms face the courtyard, so you get a view of the pool, lush greenery, and the soft sounds of birds. The room was beautiful, well maintained, and cleaned daily with fresh towels. It had AC, a fan, drinkable water, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, shower caps, and even hats for guests to use. The room was spacious except for the toilet area, which was quite small, but the patio made up for it. The decor - wood and teal blue - makes you feel like you’re on a boat. Breakfast offered three options: American, Asian, and Healthy. I tried all and loved them. Big portions, coffee, juice, and fruits. The hotel is one minute from the beach and close to seafood restaurants. Their restaurant also serves a great menu - we preordered lobster 24h before. If I visit Jimbaran again, I’d definitely choose The Open House once more for its warmth and attention to detail.

Near the beach.

Unusual set up with room. Comfortable , clean, extras like hats, bags thoughtfully placed. Service by staff very courteous friendly helpful. Breakfast good. Very near jimbaran beach- a ‘wet ‘ market with fresh fruits , veg n meats.. daunting if you have never seen a wet market with freshly prepared meats on sale. V different from the more westernised in the east coast of nusa dua. Depends on what your needs are. But good place to see a different part of bali

ジンバランのビーチ近くの小さなホテル。 普通なところが非常に居心地が良く、スタッフの距離感も南国らしい感じで、居心地の良い宿です。 欧米人が多く、日本人を見かけたことはありません。 レストランもコンパクトですが、オーダー式で美味しい朝食が提供されます。 出張向きではありませんが、心休まるホテルです。

Little gem in Jimbaran
