The hotel's staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Like most hotels in Bali, the room had quite a few ants in it especially close to the balcony, the cigarette smoke from other guests smoking on their balconies was seeping in to our room from our balcony door and the bathroom in general could do with a scrub (you can tell it was cleaned but there is a lot of calcium and dirt build up in various sections. I would of liked to rate this hotel better but the thing that disappointed me the most was that even though they are aware about everything that is going on with COVID 19 they didn't think twice to tell me there are NO REFUNDS even when I told them we may have to leave 2 days early to catch an earlier flight home otherwise we could be trapped in Bali for months. I think the hotel management should redefine their notion of professionalism and customer service and have more understanding for their guests in these difficult times. At the very lest charge a fee but the fact of the matter is none of the hotels were full, so they were not loosing revenue on the room and we did not sleep there for 2 nights (left plenty of time before checkout).…The hotel's staff was very nice.
