"The staff at the property were absolutely perfect; they are so helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast on the rooftop that was included in our package was incredible. The view from the rooftop is lovely and the staff and service was impeccable. Michael who was our waiter/server in the rooftop restaurant was outstanding and made our breakfast each day extremely peaceful and enjoyable. He gave us great tips about Bali and was so generous and with his time and professional service."

"We chose Grand Mercure Seminyak Beach as our final stop in Bali before returning to Australia, and it was a lovely way to finish our holiday. The location was perfect — right on the border of Seminyak and Legian, so we loved being able to enjoy the mix of both areas, while also being so close to the beach. We upgraded to a water-view room, which was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our only concern was that we weren’t told the upgraded room wasn’t quite ready until after agreeing to the upgrade, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. The room was also extremely hot when we entered due to the card-operated electricity and air-conditioning, although it cooled down eventually. The facilities were lovely and the spa was a real highlight. Beautiful facilities and our treatment was an absolutely delicious treat to end the holiday! Staff were friendly and very attentive — perhaps a little overly attentive at breakfast when we would have preferred to relax without quite so many check-ins, but clearly well intentioned. Overall, a beautiful stay with a fantastic location, lovely facilities and wonderful spa. A great final stop in Bali!"

"We stayed in a villa. Worth every penny. The staff were outstanding, especially big shout out to June for greeting us by name every morning and taking such good care of us. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Villas were immaculate. The restaurant and room service had everything we needed. Could not speak more highly of the whole experience."
