"Everything was spot on, staff were friendly and professional, clean rooms with great facilities and ice cold aircon , entire resort was clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens three lovely pools and lots of sun beds and relaxing areas. Restaurant and breakfast really good with open air and inside options. Lovely food and bar at competitive prices. Area is good with proof shops and restaurants with more in the square a 10 min walk of they will transport you on request to a few places. There is a gym and well appointed wellness massage area we had two couples massages as the price is a fraction of UK costs staff were professional and really skilled and experienced. All in all very impressed "

"Right on the beach and conveniently located for shopping and tours. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Our room was large and comfortable and we were able to watch the ocean from the bacony. Good restaurants and spa and the staff was so friendly and helpful. When I visit Bali again I will stay here for sure!"

"The hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming. Pleasantly surprised to receive free gifts from the hotel during check in - 2 water bottles and a bag. The hotel was very thoughtful in providing special amenities - sunblock lotion, after sun spray, sanitizer, insect repellant. They also provided some cocktail mixes for you to try in the hotel room. Their shampoo and body soap smelt so nice as they used customised essential oils. Breakfast has a great selection of bread, juices, mains. Dinner at The Dome was very delicious too. At checkout, they gave another surprise by giving us wrist bands. Simply enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and the care they put into recycling or upcycling waste."
