with such price , it's worth to stay just the drain system pipe would come up with bad smelling at the room 201 . maybe other room is ok ?

熱情友善的人員，但房間整潔度不佳

地點很好，飯店的服務人員也非常友善及樂於協助。泳池的水和池畔的躺椅都維護的很好。 會給三顆星是因為房間內的整潔差強人意。地板赤腳走起來感覺澀澀的，沒有正常磁磚那樣的光滑清爽。廁所整潔也像是每一次都沒有好好清理，長年累積下來到處都可以看到被忽略清洗的痕跡。 枕套和被單像是很久沒有換或是清理的感覺。聞起來有那種人身上散發出來的油味，那些枕頭和被單需要被認真的清理一下。 再次說明，飯店人員的服務態度很好，很謝謝他們快速的幫忙，我不並不是一位難搞的旅客，只是期待可以住到整潔的房間好好休息。

Rooms were so clean and they came to make the rooms up everyday. Staff were so nice and friendly. Pool was amazing too. Would def stay here again.

Staff are friendly, but I had an annoying experience where my friend bought me a water bottle and asked them to charge it to my room. They agreed at first; however, they kept charging us every time we passed by reception instead of waiting until checkout.

Very clean but basic not even a fridge in room which is ridiculous in such a hot humid country you stock the fridge crazy really then get told you can use fridge in reception ??? Really I was on 3rd and no lift so every time I want a drink I have to be up and down very silly, honestly owner needs to put in a lift if your older good luck up those stairs and honestly for the love of hospitality invest in fridges for all rooms.

SEMINYAK JUNE 2025!

This is my 11th or 12th stay at this hotel. Always excellent. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are really nice. Great swimming pool. And very quiet but also close to lots of bars and restaurants.

I chose this hotel based on reviews that mentioned how quiet it was—and it definitely delivered on that. The location is fantastic: walking distance to everything, and the rooms are modern and recently updated, which was exactly what I was looking for. However, my experience took a turn when I arrived just after midnight on February 22, 2025. The staff was friendly and promptly showed me to my room, but once I took a look around, I noticed spider webs and spiders near the nightstand and even a bug on my pillow. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while—possibly due to the low season. I asked the staff the next morning to deep-clean the room and replace the pillow, and they did respond quickly and took care of it. Unfortunately, that night I noticed another bug on the pillow. I sent a photo to some friends to make sure I wasn’t overreacting, and they all agreed—it looked like a bedbug. I also looked online and, sadly, the pictures matched. I uploaded a photo so you can judge for yourself. If it weren’t for the bedbug issue, I would’ve easily rated this place 5 stars. It has so much going for it—but cleanliness, especially when it comes to bedding, is a non-negotiable for me.
