「服務人員十分友善，幫我們換成了雙人床的房間。飯店位置離烏布市場不遠，交通便利。房間整潔。缺點就是隔音效果不佳，隔壁房間使用馬克杯的碰撞聲都能聽見，隱私程度稍微差了點。」

「我們7/26-7/29入住，房型是111、三大房 剛進房覺得還好 結果看到廚房用具整個傻眼 廚具比我家裡要淘汰的廚具還要舊 房間的吹風機第一晚再幫孩子吹時就覺得好像要解體 不料同行友人再幫孩子吹頭髮時 竟解體爆裂 整個燒焦 還黏在手上 幸好孩子即時把媽媽手上的吹風機打落 但也因此被電到 220伏特的電導致大人的手整個麻掉還燒焦 當下我們去櫃檯詢問 櫃檯不但沒有關心情況 只一直問 是不是我們的手是濕的在吹頭髮 。吹頭髮 手上當然有濕氣 但不是很濕的情況 正常下不應該會這樣 而且處理事情的方法也令人失望 。我們住3晚3房5萬多的房型 。這次真的有嚇到 下次絕對不會再考慮他們旗下的任何一間飯店」
