「This property is beautifully decorated with earth tones and very cute decor- aesthetically very pleasing- you can tell it was professionally decorated which I appreciate! All staff were a 10 out of 10- professional and accommodating. This place has two pools, an adequate number of pool loungers, outdoor working areas, a small gift shop, and an excellent on-site bar with very delicious and creative cocktails. Some rooms are still being worked on including what looks to be some promising massage...

「Not a relaxing stay. Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card. They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room. Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon. All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay」

「My second time at Papillon. The rooms are generous, clean and serviced each day. The staff are unfailingly positive and helpful. The whole place is kept clean & tidy. Its location is perfect for a short walk (200 yds) to the beach and for plenty of bars & cafes. Can't think why I would stay anywhere else. Thanks Sri and team.」

「Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」
