Absolutely fantastic stay. Great location, new and very modern property, spotlessly clean. Nice details such as bathrobes, ironing board, free water, electric mosquito repellent, laundry bags, etc. Loved the pool area including the sauna and cold plunge. Would highly recommend to stay there.

Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms and hotel were lovely, nice to have a blender but no freezer to keep ice and the fridge was tiny and didn't keep too cold The sinks in the bathroom were way too large, albeit beautiful, they didn't leave much room to hold toiletries. The added touch of filtered water machines in the hallway was great, avoids plastic waste and the need to beg for extra bottles or lug some back to the room each day. My partner asked if we can have a late check out so they said we can leave at 11:30 instead of 11. Once home I saw my booking said check out was noon! They did keep our bags for the day so that's ok. Don't expect much from the gym with it outside and hot, weights were only 1kg or 10/15. But if you just want to do something small, it will work. They have some very strong toxic chemical smell pouring from a machine permeating in the lobby which is terrible and I mentioned hoping they won't use. I know these all sound like negatives but really the clean rooms are a nice size, great location, wonderful staff and water stations. The pool side is beautiful and peaceful, the sauna is great too.

I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! Julio at the front desk was especially helpful and always had such a warm and kind smile. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and feel at home. He even offered to bring my food delivery to my room so I wouldn’t have to be bothered with coming downstairs when it arrived- so considerate! Actually, all the staff were amazing! The rooms are new, beautifully decorated, cozy, modern, and well-stocked. I even had a slight view of the ocean being on a higher floor. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided and there are multiple water machines on each floor. Location is excellent in a quieter area of Canggu and is 5 min. walking to Nelayan beach. Also, it is so close to so many restaurants, cafes, gyms, laundry, and souvenir shops as well. If I ever come back to Canggu, I will definitely be booking this place again!
