「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「這家飯店真的是屬於五星級以上的服務，餐廳的菜色雖然不是特別出色。但是比起其他當地的餐飲還是屬於上上之選，其他的設備與裝潢也是很頂級的。服務人員非常親切，值得讚賞。小朋友在自己的游泳池玩的不亦樂乎，適合全家旅遊，更適合年輕人結伴出門開趴。」

「We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. The food in Tree Bar is very tasty and with live music in certain time. The pools are clean. Spa facility is very good. We had 2 spa 2 days in a roll. In general, I enjoyed this trip very much!」

「我們入住了4晚villa，非常舒服。從酒店出去走不遠便到沙灘，沙灘有很多餐廳、live band表演。酒店往kuta大約30分鐘車程，也很方便。每天早上可以在自己房間中享用早餐，很貼心。唯一不足的是，我丈夫向前台預訂了我的生日蛋糕，最後沒有送到，有點可惜⋯」

「也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。」
