"I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. "

On the whole staff were friendly and polite with the exception when we arrived receptionist was not at all friendly and only offered us bluebird when we enquired re transport. We waited til the next day though to enquire again young man receptionist was super helpful and booked us a driver no problem! "
