「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「I had some problems with the cleanliness of my room. The hotel staff helped to change the room. Thank you for their help.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and for car parking. The room was smaller than it appears in the photo and it was a little deceiving to be listed as a “1 bedroom apartment” when it is actually a single space that divided by pulling a bifold door across. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were very good and a great inclusion to cook within the room. Bed was very comfortable. Location for MCG or Melbourne Park/Rod Laver Arena events is very good.」

「good」

「house keeping was not satisfactory」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「I will be posting on Reddit about the absolute disaster of this place. Worst hotel experience of my life. Never stay here. They threw my items in the trash, lied to me constantly and many more adventures. Worst hotel on earth. There were many times I thought I had died and gone to hell.」

「The room is clean. There is also washing machines in your room which is very good. We didn’t cook but we can see those cutlery and equipment for cooking are all there. There is also take away restaurant opening until 4am near the hotel so you don’t need to worry about food if you come at midnight like us.」

「I do not quite understand the air ventilation and washroom design. There is a huge gap between the door and ceiling of washroom, and exhaustion fan (if there is one) doesn’t work as well as I want it to be. So when someone is doing business in the washroom it can be rather unpleasant to the others in the same room.」
