We had a lovely night at the Westin. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with king sized bed and soft Manchester. The lounges are comfortable and offered a well considered range of options including high tea, drinks and meals. Guests looked very relaxed. The Westin is in such a good location for good quality restaurants and cafes, theatre,shopping and sightseeing using public transport.

I love the westin. Its always amazingly comfortable with incredible service. The property needs some maintenance however with most treadmills not being very good condition in the gym and the showers are difficult to get water temp consistent. But overall a good stay.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was our dining experience - we thought the breakfast was not great quality and the in room dining was also a bit lacklustre.
