Hotel is lovely, great for our family of 3. Centrally located downtown by Yarra river, near slot of tourist and shopping areas. Breakfast was expensive but good. Pool was okay, but not the draw I thought it would be - a bit dingy but great for young kids (which we were not). Staff was very attentive but could stop putting tags on our door about refilling the minibar, though I specifically asked for no service during our stay. Overall a very good hotel, well located downtown and easy /safe to get around. Would stay again.

It was a perfect stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our babymoon was perfect, upgrading us to a bigger room/drink cards etc. We had a fabulous time and cant wait to return
