「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. 「The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.」

「We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed. 」
