「Breakfast will make you sick from the undercooked biscuits to the boiled in water sausage. We had to switch from one room to another because the toliet seat broke. On Saturday we were told they had no maintence till Monday to fix it. I had to suggest we change rooms, finally did. Next bathroom I had to clean look like urine in bathtub, shower fixture pulled away from wall when turning on shower. Out socks were filthy when walking on carpet. Tv went in and out freezing and digitizing. No morning...
「It's an older property but it's clean, in a great location and has balconies over looking the creek behind it. Stayed here several times with no issues. Typically it's cheaper than some of the other places on the strip in pigeon forge」
「Booked a Jacuzzi room. It didn't work. Room is dated, carpet was sticky and we got dirty feet. Front desk needs to learn English. Pools looked nice but we're crowded. Had a smart tv with no connectivity, so we couldn't watch Netflix. Bed was decent. Room was spacious. Bathroom was tiny. Definitely Overpriced. Traffic was loud.」
「Staying at Berry Springs is like staying with family. I stated I hated the my soft room mattress after she inquired. She showed me two other ground level rooms that contained firmer mattresses for next time. Will act on the info when I stay again. Very helpful staff.
