「The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back」

「Our room wasn’t very clean and it overshadowed everything else. When we pulled back the bedding, there was (body?) hair on the sheets and pillows. Further inspection revealed the same in the shower & on the bathroom floor. Sasquatch may have stayed in our room the night before, but it’s their job to erase that! Was pretty gross :/. 「I stayed here for a conference at the Huntington Center, it’s about a 10 minute walk away. Parking is close the building, you can see it from the lobby. Check in was a breeze, received an email about 10 minutes before check in with room number and key code. I called the hotel a month in advance before making a reservation and they told me that the restaurant upstairs does not take reservations and it’s 1st come- 1served. 「Your basic No Frills hotel but it was clean andconvenient for the 3 days we stayed there. We were in town for a wedding. Convenient to some local dining and nightlife as well. Staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy about the place but they got the job done」
