"Nice clean room. Hotel is very nice overall. The staff stood out the most to me. Friendly people. Valet, receptionists, bartender, and especially the bellman Dejuann. All very kind. Check in/out was seemless.
I would just suggest menus and opening/closing times for restaurants and bar in the hotel. "

"The room was spotless, everything was in good condition. Rooming and comfortable. The wall of window and view was exceptional. The windows could have been cleaner but there was a blizzard going on during our stay. So hopefully that was the only reason for that. Location was perfect to enjoy the city. Parking was across the street in a parking garage with in/out availability. The communication was also great. We will definitely return the next time we are traveling to the city."
