「The fan in the bathroom never turned off and was loud the guests next to my room were loud at am」

「The hotel was fairly new, but hadn’t been maintained. The room was OK but very dirty. All the corners needed to be cleaned. The tub needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of hair in spots. I had to wipe down the entire room before I used it. I only stayed one of my two nights because I was so grossed out. It’s an expensive staff was decent locations not bad but the construction is a bit of a pain.」

「The hot tub had a black film on top, pool are was absolutely trashed, wet towels all over be floor, mold on the ceiling tiles. It smelled like chemicals so bad it burned my eyes. The elevator was gross, wet floor all the time and incredibly slow. Everything in the room was worn down. Overall we just couldn’t wait to get out of there. 」

「The front desk staff went far above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I when we were late and desperately trying to get to a nearby event. They were FIRST RATE. We really appreciated their kindness. Our room had a lovely river view, the bed was comfy, and everything was immaculate. The selection of snacks and sandwiches in the well appointed lobby was excellent. Highly recommended.」
