We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

「Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!」

「Would not recommend booking here. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready. When I finally got into...

「Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff...

「There were six of use staying in two were. Apartment type room with sofa sleeper. The rooms could use some care. There were only two bath towels and when I asked for more, attendant gave me two from an other room but said all the rest were dirty. After a hot day at baseball game, we had to share towels and shampoo and conditioner was empty in shower and hand soap was in shower for body soap.
