"I enjoyed the hotel location. The bed was comfortable. The elevator situation was good. The housecleaning service was good. The room was small but nice. I have no complaints, it was a nice stay. Not a very warm and inviting staff or helpful when it came to questions, but I didn’t have any major issues. "

"The rooms are extremely outdated. The room, for the price, was very disappointing. The hotel needs a full renovation. The patching and repair in the units really make the room gross."

"Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked. Amenities and parking were $20/day even if you didn’t use them. Unfortunate because it could have been a good stay in an older eclectic building. Staff was very nice when notified though- although they just said there was nothing they could do about it as we booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com should vet their places better and not book out trash. "
