"Overall, the stay here was fine, however I personally would not stay here again, as I had an off putting experience before I could even check in that rubbed me the wrong way. Outside of that- a hotel, is a hotel, is a hotel. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting to see Broadway like I was; as it’s literally a walk around the corner. There’s a cool dispensary across the street if you’re into that and it’s located a few blocks away from Times Square. There’s many food options within walking distance and many places to shop."

"We had a wonderful stay!! We loved the fact we had a room that accommodated our family. Our boys had their own space and as parents we had ours. Staff were super nice and helpful. We love the location!!!! We hope to come Back and visit soon!!! 🤗"

"The hotel is excellently located, above the yellow subway lines and close to Central Park. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and generally well maintained. However, the air conditioning is unacceptable, and in the New York heat it becomes unbearable, it is simply not possible to stay or sleep in the room. There is no minibar, a basic amenity, which makes it difficult to manage even basic needs such as having cold drinking water. There is no provision of drinking water and no service that supports the room or the overall stay. I would also note that the staff is not welcoming, and the lobby and its service feel more like an information desk at Grand Central than a hotel. All of this comes at excessively high prices, comparable to a five star hotel, while in reality it barely deserves 2.5 stars. Not recommended."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and neglect. It clearly underwent a facelift a few past, the materials used and installed were not designed to last. Small items were also unaddressed, like we did not have enough towels. In the end it was expensive for the conditions. The location is great."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."
