"In the middle of Panajachel but once you walk inside is like you are away from everything. You can hear the birds singing in the morning... quite beautiful. You can walk around but there is also transportation. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is personable and very helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had lake views from our rooms and there were various sitting and dining areas overlooking the lake. Staff in all locations were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and dinners we ate at the hotel were delicious - and the coffee freshly made, a treat (except for only powdered decaf for 1 of the adults).
