"We were unexpectedly delayed in checking in. I phoned the property and received a prompt text message back letting me know that they had received my detailed voicemail and provided me with very helpful guidance on how to receive my key after hours."

"I booked 2 rooms....1 room was absolutely filthy (dried vomit on floor, poop on wall in bathroom, curtain had white sticky substance on them, and what looked like dried urine by the AC) The other room had live roaches.... My family and i packed our stuff up and left after the first couple of hours. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly and I got a full refund. Needless to say I will read others' reviews carefully next time. "

"Room was missing handles on the dresser, with dirty spots on the ottoman when you come in the room and an obvious stain on the ironing board. Staff was great, Airconditioning not needed, somewhat cool. Shops nearby? Didn't shop"
