"The inn keeper was very friendly and efficient. The room was lovely but had no air conditioning. It was okay with the fan on overhead. The bed was a bit too soft for me. The location is wonderful! Overall a very nice place to stay close to East Beach."

"My daughter got a concussion Thursday during volleyball practice and we were unable to attend the High School Tournament in Santa Barbara. Hotels.com would not let me cancel or transfer my reservation to new dates."

"We came here for a wedding. The hotel is situated in a great spot on State street. I have stayed some lovely places, but was taken with the hydration stations on each floor- a button allows you to choose between still and sparkling filtered water. The hotel provides free reusable water bottles. The staff were charming and genuine. "

"Harbor View is a great place to stay that's right on the beach. Very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They advertise a poolside bar, but we discovered it doesn't open until Memorial Day. Other than that we had a great stay. "

"2nd room booked for another family member was also great. Had balcony on street side and was still quiet and great comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to many places to eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Numerous other sites within walking distance as well as plenty of shops and even the pier at the beach. Would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a great central location in town. "
