聖塔芭芭拉品酒城市之旅平價飯店，旅行前必看！

「Was not AS DESCRIBED!!! Filthy!!! mold on walls and in bathroom, so much dust, dust on ceiling fan blades. Bugs in the light fixture!! dirty sheets, old appliances, tv broken. Could not sleep or stay there. Paid for two nights never got my money back. Paid to stay somewhere else clean. See photos as proof. PS they charge $15 per night to park in their parking lot which is huge and empty. No breakfast included as it says there is. I wish there was a zero star option. If they offered this place...

「Convenient for travel, just across the road to West Beach. The room is small but clean, free parking and pets are welcome. It is worth staying next time」

「We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted Expedia for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer. 」
