「Staff was great! Room wasn’t the best.」

「Overall amazing stay! Raj was very helpful and welcoming he helped make our stay very helpful. The only thing I would change is the pillows in room were a bit uncomfortable but least of worries!」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「Very busy hotel, with pre/post cruisers. Good restaurant and bar area. The Hotel is not near any shops or amenities.」

「 The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never」

「Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that.」

「The service and property were both super great. Clean, and stylish, home-ish feel. Staff was accommodating when I needed a later checkout and offered coffee in the morning. The only thing I'd say could use improvement is ensuring the vending machines could be used, as they were empty. However, the location is close to a grocery store, and other eating amenities. Overall, a good experience. Next time I visit on that side of town, I'm going there!」

「房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 」

「The welcome was not as I expected」

「The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy」
