「The room smelled terrible. The air conditioner in the room did not cool well at all. Parking was sketchy behind hotel.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「The location in San Pedro is perfect, but the hotel is old, you can tell by the carpet, the bathroom, etc. and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and people walking down the hallway.」

「It's looks beautiful and all shiny until you go to check-In counter that's where your disappointment starts with very poor customerservice. It will take you only 45 minutes to an hour to check in. Floors in rooms have scratches and Bed sheets have lot of white stuff on, Your clothes will all white by the morning, Small and congested rooms. Front door staff is great rest in -1 Star.」

「It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass...

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7」
