"It was a very fun and unique experience. The food at the cafe and restaurant were both delicious and the staff very helpful and polite. There’s many parts of the boat you can explore on your own or you can book one of the tours available. Plenty of parking available for a daily fee. The location is very close to the aquarium, beaches and shopping areas. "

"Very well located if you’re staying to depart on a cruise ship the following day. However, the building itself and the rooms are very tired and very much in need of being refurbished. Things like the air-conditioning in our room did not work properly. The bed was comfortable, but the headboard had tears in it and there were stains on the curtains. The actual floor/base of the inside of the bath was delaminating and breaking up. Regarding breakfast, we found this incredibly disorganised and chaotic. The people organising seating etc didn’t seem to know what they were meant to be doing. The actual staff working the tables were very helpful , despite being clearly overworked , as I believe the Restaurant is understaffed. That said the food on offer was plentiful and replenished frequently and was pretty good. The area of the hotel is in, like all Ports, isn’t exactly great! We did walk out and find a good bar called San Pedro Brewing Company. There is a free trolley bus that will take you downtown that stops in the road at the back of the hotel. Also, as the port is across the road, there are Harbour tours available too. "

"The hotel is currently under renovation, closing the restaurant and impacting other amenities on the property. Given the renovation, we were also placed in building 4 which is near the road and quite nosey. The renovation wasn’t disclosed during my booking, and most definitely would have impacted our decision to stay at this property. "

"The property has recently been remodeled. It was clean, well maintained and better than expected. Our first time in San Pedro and we enjoyed it there. We would stay there again."

"I have mix feelings about it. Aside I already paid for my stay, the hotel charged $250 when you check in - it’s not to hold your card in the system but to in case of there’s damage during your stay. And it depends on your back how many days you’ll get your money back, which by the way, not complete bc the hotel also charge extras such as Destination Fee, overnight parking, and more with the total of $88. Most staff were nice. I asked if we could check out late like 1pm or so bc we planned to ride the boat tour (start at 11:30am) and then may be grab lunch; the receptionist said they can’t.. so yeah, that’s pretty much it. Beautiful lobby though, but that’s not something new to us. "

"On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high. "
