「The Guest Harbor Inn is a great place to stay. The interior is newly renovated. The location is very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Also very close to the city's hop on hop off trolley stop. Sam at The Guest Harbor Inn is awesome! He offered to book a taxi for us the next day to get to the pier. He followed up for us in the morning and learned that the taxi is delayed. So he ordered an uber for us and got there quickly. It was a very pleasant stay and will...

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「Overall stay was great. Their shuttle bus was extremely convenient and was always available to take us around to local spots. Great spot to stay before a cruise. Reception staff were very friendly. Not a lot of dining options around us tho and the in-hotel restaurant was not bad but veryyy expensive.」

「The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy」

「It is a motel on Pacific Coast Highway. Still, it is clean and well maintained. The traffic noise did not bother me at all. And the staff was very helpful. They let me check in very early. I needed a cab for the next day and they ordered it for me. The owner even phoned to see where the cab was when it looked like it would be late. It was a great experience.」
