「Parking was easy! Room was clean. The lights flickered which was annoying.」

「My family has stayed here twice now before embarking on a cruise ship from the Port of San Pedro. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room had a kitchenette and amenities were nice. Would stay here again.」

「Breakfast was wonderful. We do wish there was enough staff to sit on the patio for breakfast. Room was great, A/C was already going so the room was nice and cool. Staff was very attentive and accommodating . Great place to stay. 」

「Proximity to cruise port was ok, overall the hotel was ok. The hotel wasn’t near anything such as shopping or dining options so you are likely to eat at hotel restaurant which was average. Hotel and rooms felt dated and run down. Decent pool. Nice walk around marina outside. Went with intention of using shuttle to cruse port and there was no availability for time to sign up when we arrived.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「There was cigarette ash all over the bathroom vanity and sink, and the sink did not drain. When we got moved to the room next door, it reeked of dirty old cigarettes (non-smoking room) and the AC kept shorting out. So we moved back to the original room, cleaned it ourselves, brushed our teeth using the shower, and woke up to an overflowing bathroom sink (that we did not even use). The shade curtains had giant holes ripped in them. 」

「We loved our stay here! Check in was quick, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We never had an issue finding parking during our whole stay. Also love that they lock the gate at 11pm so people can’t get in without a code. The room was very clean, and had a full refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove top. All of them worked great! 」

「Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. 」

「房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 」
