"I was told I got the best room that they have. But I question that. The room had a balcony facing the ocean/Jefferson street.The AC did not work. The room smelled like smoke. The outlets to plug in my charger did not work. The only two positive things about this room was the view with balcony and the showerhead. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that had that good of water pressure in the shower. Other than that, the room is not worth what I paid for it."

"There’s no mini fridge in the room so if you bring any drinks or anything cold to snack on there’s no point. The a/c did not work very well in the room. There’s no snack vending machines. The parking is so small and parking is not free or included in the saying price. You have to pay $35 per night you stay for parking. Area was nice. Walking distance from pier 39. "

"I’m not sure ir I stayed in room 2322 or 2320, but the room was very clean and neat at my arrival. As someone that worked in hospitality for many years I know exactly when I room is clean. Very friendly and helpful staff starting by my housekeeper who gave me some advice to navigate around the city since it was my first time visiting San Francisco, to the front desk staff that recommended me places to visit and eat, to the horsemen that helped me to find my car. I had a very pleasant experience during my two days stay. The only thing I had a little trouble with was getting from the parking lot to the elevators area. The stairs and the two very close and narrow doors. It is a whole project trying to hold the doors, while carrying your luggage and go downstairs. Overall I loved staying at the hotel and for sure I will stay there my next visit. "
