「It was okay. Staff had a lot of attitude not as friendly. Had to keep asking for water as it is not restocked daily. Pool closes at 6pm not much parties or things to do. You have to leave the hotel to enjoy yourself. Food was okay not authentic at all. Wasn’t horrible but wouldn’t stay again.」

「The buffet was amazing. So many new options everyday! The workers… I can’t say enough they are just amazing. Jordane made every activity so fun. Michelle and Sharon are amazing bartenders who made us feel so loved. Nickia never let our table go dirty. Gabby never once let us go by without saying hello. The list goes on. Incredible people who truly love what they’re doing. The beach is amazing as well as the rooms! We will definitely be back. Such an amazing 6 days.」

「Clean room, great amenities and evening entertainment. The food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip was the concierge service. On our second day we were accosted as we were leaving dinner and pressured into a breakfast the next morning with the manager of concierge at 830am. At 7 am that morning concierge was calling our rooms( we booked 3 ) and when we didn’t answer the phone they came up and beat on our doors. At this point my husband and I went to the lobby...

「We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. ...

「There was construction at the hotel and we were not aware. We tried to relax but construction occurred throughout the day. As a matter of fact, my mother was holding my son and a piece of construction wall fell and missed them by less than an inch. Food in the buffet was good but everywhere else was poor. My father missed the step in the hotel room and hit his head (not alcohol related). There was no sign to warn us to watch our step. The area/steps leading to dance club at the hotel smelled...
