"It was ok. Good price for downtown and close to Young St subway. Pool was kind of nasty, there was bunches of hair all around the pool and little black worm things crawling around. Looked like mosquito larvae. Room was clean but very small. I’d stay there again if on a budget. Parking in the underground garage was super tight but EV charging for $2.50 per session was great!"

"I have always wanted to try out a “pod” and this was a great first experience! Didn’t know what to really expect going into it, but the staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions during the tour I was given at check in. I opted for a premium pod so that I could keep my things with me and have my own space to get ready in, which I would definitely recommend if you are willing and able to spend a little more! If not, all of the shared spaces are well kept and not crowded. The location is also great! Walking distance to many things in the downtown area like AGO, Roger’s Centre, etc."

"Were we at the Ritz? No! However, we had a lovely private room with an extraordinary skyline view, and a breakfast that surpassed those offered, if offered, at the hotels in the area that are so much more expensive. I have already started my recommendations."

"The hotel is in a good location and was kept clean and tidy. Unfortunately, although we booked and paid in full well in advance, we arrived to find that the room we had booked was not available. Meaning that we had to use a rollaway bed, which had to be delivered to the room while we waited. For the price we paid, we were not impressed at all. A very small compensation was offered for this. Some of the staff were helpful. Others were abrupt or downright unhelpful and treated customers as a nuisance. That also spoilt the stay slightly. I would expect better service overall from this class of hotel."
