「A very very well maintained and pleasant very large old motel style property. Breakfast was okay and limited to basics. Bathroom amenities met the minimum. Shower very strong and plenty of hot water. Room was nice and quiet, being on the second tier far from Route 1. Staff members Sasha, John and Tracy very nice. Interesting to note this is part of IHG hotel chain.」

「Had a three day stay here, two nights. Arrived super late to check in, had a reserve now pay later, they tried charging me before arrival, checked me in before arrival with Expedia as well, arrived almost 2 hours after they checked me in, was traveling a good distance up - arrived a bit before midnight the first night, quickly ran everything in and went to sleep as I had an event the next day (whole reason for stay and reason their rate was DOUBLE their normal rates), for 12pm. Left the hotel...

「very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches」
