"I have stayed in 100s of places in Jamaica as I had been traveling there for over 20 years. We left on day 3 of 9 because it’s unsafe to stay here. The room we were in had a sliding glass door that came right off the tracks and literally almost fell on me. You could pop it right out. As a result we felt as if at any point anyone could enter the room Outside on our “patio” there was a massive leak from the pipes which led to a lot of mosquitoes. You had to pay for mini fridge 10 bucks a day if you want to keep anything cold in your room to drink or store leftovers. Beyond one waitress and the guy that works the beach the staff at the front desk were cold and not very friendly. The pool is great The location is great But the rooms are very worn down The TV had a crackling sound so watching anything was unenjoyable … during rain season this would be very disappointing. Understandably the WiFi is spotty due to the hurricane last year I couldn’t Even connect. The breakfast included is terrible so plan to spend 15 bucks per person on an actual breakfast. That being said the food was good. It just isn’t worth the price you are paying. The massages were amazing though so go get one of those even if you aren’t staying there."

"The property was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very nice especially cleaning ladies and front desk clerk Adasia. The security guy for gate was very helpful . The swimming pool guy also nice . I sent emails prior to coming to negril , no one answered them for transfer from air port to hotel . However thank you JUTA TOURS IN AIRPORT they got us safely to resort . The continental breakfast was only WARM watermelon and two Pieces of pineapple with two mini muffins and 4 slices of toast . You have to purchase your actual breakfast if you want eggs and a meat, However there was almost 85% of menu they did not have . So you were left to go outside the resort to Eat breakfast . The restaurant on resort was closed the entire time if we wanted to stay on resort . Thank goodness for the next door resort coco lapalm for our first night there so we can get something to eat after our 1.5 hour travel to negril from airport . The pool did not look kept at all , very dirty . Which was discouraging from indulging . The beach access was amazing however the bedside beds was unkept dirty and broken . The bedrooms was clean and tv was good ! Balcony was cool place to reset after the excursions , or do tiktoks! Overall the experience in Negril was good ! The resort experience was lackluster and left you yearning for more . Please do some upgrades and/ or sell to someone that will market and maintain the property. The location is top tier ! You are missing out on a lot"

"My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back."

"This was our third stay at Rondel Village and we still consider it to be one of the best spots on Seven Mile Beach. The location is excellent and the grounds are well kept. Our housekeeper made beautiful flower arrangements with bath towels, adding a touch of class. All of the staff members were professional. However, some maintenance issues were annoying. For example, whoever painted our bathroom did not bother to stay within the lines. The door trim was rotted at the bottom. The shower door was difficult to open. One needed two hands to open the room to our door. We enjoyed meals at the restaurant but the quality was inconsistent. The servers were excellent though. Jamaica has no shortage of nice people."

"The property needs some work- the room is a nice finctional design with a personal patio, however it needs TLC, and the bathroom needs to modernized, looks institutional. "

"My stay at Legends was ok. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. There was a small issue with a comforter (after using a black light) but that was handled immediately and I was given a fresh one straight out of the dryer. The location is 10/10. I would skip the All Inclusive option because options are limited (both food & drink wise) within it. I ended up eating off of the resort more often than not. The food is good most days but there are plenty of places (street or restaurant) on the beach & right outside the resort. There are corner stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, souvenir shops and more as little as 2mins & as long as or less than a 10 min walk away. The resort as a whole is kept pretty clean; that being said, you can tell that this is a small Mom & Pop boutique resort. The main thing that makes me hesitant returning are the towels. SOME of the towels are…..less than desirable. Outside of that I had a pretty good time. The beach was beautiful & the location in general is excellent."
