"This is an old property. The accommodations are not what we are accustomed to. The architecture is interesting as it resembles French colonial from the early 1900s. The place seems abandoned but there are other guests there. Mostly people who work at other resorts. Reception is not staffed consistently. The best part of this place is location across the street from skylark beach club. This is where we hung out during the day. Also this place is very quiet and relaxing."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the service was exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The restaurant staff were especially wonderful and went above and beyond for our kids, making every meal enjoyable and helping our family feel so well cared for. My family had such a relaxing and restful time. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful beach, a lovely pool, and stunning gardens that made the experience even more special and the food was excellent! "I love this property. It's one of two places I will stay when I visit. My issue this last visit was with the late night security. I had to reach through and figure out how to let myself in the gate two nights in a row... The first night someone was following me and bothering me and security was just sitting there inside the little hut. When I finally got through I looked to see if anyone was there and he was just sitting there looking at me! The second night, thankfully I wasn't being followed outside, but I saw the security look out the little window at me and still not get up to let me in!! I, again, had to reach through and figure out how to unlock the gate to let myself in. The property is beautiful and when I've eaten there it's been good. They also have beach side security, Mr Michael, who prevent the local solicitors from harassing the guests."
