"Friendly & helpful staff. Generous, hot breakfast daily. Clean room with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Gym was well equipped & easy to access anytime. Good WiFi & TV. Near plenty of restaurants & shopping. Easy access to I-40. Will definitely return here when in Memphis again."

"Facility/ hotel was pretty clean for the most part. Staff was helpful! Driving up to the hotel (location) was a bit iffy! But once we entered the front door/ lobby we were impressed w/ the bright open modern design. The gym was not as impressive…dull, dirty, limited equipment & late night activities w/ children running rampant from the next door pool. There definitely, needs to be an age restriction or supervision in place. My workout was cut short. Pool was over crowded & security guard was out numbered! Contactless was a plus!"

"The room was clean, however the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice if they would spring for pillow top mattresses. The only real issue I have is when they start the cleaning early in the morning, the washing machine they use sends of a high pitched noise every 15 seconds. It’s located on the 1st floor but I could hear it in my room. It made it impossible to sleep. I spoke to a staff member who said that management is aware, but haven’t done anything about. Avoid rooms 209-213 if like to sleep past 7am."
