「Pets fine, but this place is Section 8 housing . So, if you want drugs, hookers, and to hear banging doors, this place is for you. The room was gross. There was somebody's bra hanging in the bathroom. Was refused fresh towels the next day. Had to ask for a blanket. There was blood spatter on the nightstand and big drops on the floor. Yucky」

「Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank. 」

「Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again.」

「We were on the 14th floor. Right outside our window was the bright light to illuminate the hotel. It was the most horrible room I have ever stayed in there. Considering the hotel was not that busy they could’ve chose a different room for us. All night long the bright light shown into our room.」
