「I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Great old building in design and common area furnishings are appropriate with plenty of character. As for the room: Sure, the building is old and one doesn't expect a big room, but ours was too small; there was about one foot of space on two sides of the bed. Space to leave one suitcase open, but not two. Bathroom was small, as was the sink. The major problem in the room, though, was the owner's insistence on a period bed that required one to pole vault into it. There was a two-step stair left...

「The room was okay, very dark lighting, and very small window so you could hardly see anything. We found quite a lot of short hair on the bathroom floor. So it was not sparkling clean. We truly did not like the communal soap and shampoo dispensers by the sink and in the shower. That is extremely against any sterile rules. Post Covid and other viruses, no thanks! Even without Covid, how many hands that touched people's private parts and then the dispenser, that's a no no! Distasteful and not...
