「The hotel building looks run down, and the outside is slighly overgrown with weeds in the rocks. We stayed 5 days and not once was the elevator vacuumed, nor the entrance way mopped. There were papers and old fishfly carcasses on the floor on day one, and we told them good bye on day five. The rooms itself were spacious and clean. No complaints there. 「It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.」

「When we arrived, we were informed that the property owners are now assessing a new $5.00 per day "general" charge. Staff had no idea what charge was for. I insisted charge be removed and it was the next day. Was not listed on expedia website or anything posted at site. I did not feel being "ambushed" at check in was fair. Staff very nice and apologetic. Will make IHG aware. Other than that, stay was good.」
