「—poor signage at back of hotel, trundled my luggage up the wheelchair ramp only to find a sign saying this was a private entrance, go around to the front - where there were only stairs, no ramp. This despite website promises of handicap accessibility. I pointed out the problem to the front desk person and he said “There IS a sign.” But you can only know that by getting close to the back door. By then you’ve wasted a lot of effort.
