Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. 「No amenities provided, staff was insanely rude kept telling I did not have a reservation that I was getting scammed by Expedia. I showed her the PDF receipt and they said she couldn’t accept it. After I showed her the account then she magically found my reservation. The room was so small and honestly not clean. The shower curtain was stained with something dark/dirt. Overall 0/10.」

「The noise, there was a sign in the lobby that said quiet after 10 pm. But seems like people don't respect that. The people above and to the side of my room were very loud. Tv was loud, people going down the hall were also loud. I had to get up early and drive 12 hours, it was 12 pm and I could still hear the noise so I turned on the fan to block out some of the noise. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.」
