The hotel wasnt anything like was advised, there was lots of things broken or not working. The staff seemed happy just playing on phones and put out when asked anything.the room wasnt very clean . The list goes on so we booked out as i wasnt very happy at all plus we never recieved any of our money back either so all very unprofessional and under handed.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Altamonte for five nights while attending a wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Restaurant staff were repeatedly rude, and menu items listed were not actually available. I was also given incorrect information by the front desk regarding laundry services, which caused last-minute stress during an important event. While the General Manager eventually offered a solution, it only occurred after I requested corporate contact information. Overall, the stay showed poor communication and lack of organization, which is not what I expect from this brand.

Everything was clean and best of all quiet. There was a cheer and dance competition that had booked out the hotel, but everything was kept in order and very little to no noise. The only issue we had, was that the bathroom was made for adolescence. If you are tall, a bit thicker than most, or just need space, these bathrooms prove to be a challenge. Could barely turn around in the shower without banging into the door. As this is a rather minor inconvienience, I still would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and tidy. Overall good experience at the hotel. Staff was nice and courteous. The only thing I did not like was the lack of a free breakfast. Nonetheless, plan to stay again the next time I am in the area for business.

Overall, things were good. The hotel is nice and service was good. The only downside was that the shower door base had a leak and water ran out onto the floor. We just had to place towels on the floor to soak up leaking water. It didn't ruin our stay, so all worked out.

I frequently have to stay in this area for work. It is very conveniently located and quiet. The rooms are what you should expect. The restaurant food is surprisingly good, convenient, and fast. I will continue to stay here when I’m in the area.
