"We've stayed here numerous times over the last 3 years. I was glad to see that renovations are going to take place, as the rooms are starting to show wear/tear. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable, but the bed was decent. The convenience to the Mayo Clinic is unbeatable, so we will continue to stay here on future trips. "
