「We loved this property- it was perfect! Parking was so easy, even with their ramp being under construction we could still park in a ramp connecting to the hotel via skyway. Coincidentally, we were across the street from all of the dining and restaurants we wanted to explore making everything so walkable and convenient! We loved our stay in Rochester and this hotel was the perfect place! Very clean, quiet, safe, water available for purchase at the hotel desk which was great!」

「Pond next door, walking paths, shuttle to hospital and many things close by」

「The room was small, but okay for a single person. The bed was okay, it was clean. Loved the bench above the air conditioner/heater. The breakfast was standard cold and hot items, but not much for sitting, so you may need to eat in your room. The down fall was I could hear a TV going in the next room and in the other room, hear a phone alarm going off.」

「Great hotel. Great complete hot breakfast (FREE) We stay at a studio room 500SF for only $139 per night with a full kitchen and real pots and pots and dishes. Very nice in comparison with some dark stinky dives around. Super close to the Gonda Building (5 min walk), they also have a Spyhouse coffee house at the premises. We are going to look for TownPlace Suites by Marriot from now on. A really great concept. 10 Stars for sure!! One thing we didnt like is the cheap small batrroom mirror and...

「The hotel was very Beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were all super helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have is that the bed was hard as a rock. We had a very nice room with a king bed and beautiful views, but that bed was hard as a rock. That’s the only thing that could use an Upgrade. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again with a softer bed. And also housekeeping put a fresh sheet on there had a hole in it on...

「Wow, a free newspaper! Really nice breakfast with eggs with ham and sausage, cereals, pastries, several juices, and coffee. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Recliner chair in the room.」
