The property is what you would expect from a resort. Everything was clean and convenient. Staff were really helpful and as long as you have your own transport location is good. Close to Broadbeach and close the the freeway if you need to go to Brisbane, the airport or Robina. The only negative would ...

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean room. Got complimentary upgrade to valet parking due to the hotel car park was full. Love their environment green idea of having refill toiletries instead of having them in bottles. The only thing we might not like is their restaurant (Black Fire Restaurant), ...
They ste not only have kids facilities, also sonething for adults. Also a few quality restaurant to choose from. Very very good srrvice, even the room service staff......highly recommended

Room and bed are a bit small comparing to other ibis hotels. But great location, walking distance from airport. Love the buffet breakfast!
