「Our first time staying at this facility and we're not disappointed. Easy and friendly check-in process. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels. We had everything we needed.」

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」

「You cannot beat the location: central, adjacent to the beach and only a stroll to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are well appointed and once the renovation project is completed, all rooms will be newly modernised. The resort has lovely pools, including a pool for kids and a spa. Free off street parking is also a huge bonus. One thing I would say - the areas around the pools and water features in particular are incredibly slippery and you need to take care when walking through...

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「The furniture package was terrible. The beds were comfy. What let the apartment down was the uncomfortable lounge suite and chair. Lack of furniture. Good points - nice and clean, good amenties, and excellent location (handy to Pacific Fair and transport).」
