"Bed stuff is not good enough."

"Pool was great, but had to figure out who spoke english and had to remember their faces. I couldnt find my room one night and could find someone who spoke english to guide me to the right elevator to go to my room. "

"The staff was absolutely incredible! The multiple swim-up bars were fantastic, and the dedicated kids' pools/areas made it so easy for the kids to stay entertained. The food overall was also amazing. We will absolutely be back!"

"Our room was large and spacious - pool and ocean view which was more than expected. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pool was okay - swim up bar was nice. One thing to note is that when booking through hotels.com (Expedia third party), there was an offer of $500 resort credit, however it is an extremely limited list of available credit. Mainly $$ off of food items. We would not have booked if we had known this as we wanted to use the credit for a spa treatment or two. We were pretty disappointed about this. "
