Anything you needed to know most of the staff no matter where you went had info to help you out. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. The services were on point. Excursions were amazing thanks to the great tour guides. The beach and the beach near by was clean and beautiful. Family friendly. My room was newly renovated and modern it was a beautiful room with a great view. Close to activities outside the ressort. It’s on a gated community so you feel very safe going around. I came here as a solo traveler and didn’t feel lonely at all. 10/10 for me.

My only criticism would be that all the restaurants had been booked up the entire week we were there from the moment we got there, leaving the only option as the buffet. The pools also closed oddly early even for a family friendly resort. The staff were excellent though! Enjoyed our stay regardless!

The staff was very courteous, the grounds are very nice, lots of pools, swim up bars etc., there’s a club on the compound which is great, you don’t need to go anywhere and the food was delicious, the rooms can do with some updating but a vacation need not be spent in a room

This place was great! Honestly, we read the bad reviews of this place too, and I would fully defend against them and/or didn’t agree with them at all. I would say the negative ones say more about the reviewer than the resort. The room was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was professional, hardworking, and sweet. The food and drinks were very good, and the nightly entertainment you’d be lucky to see! I will recommend this place, and come back some day for sure!

Food exceeded expectations; speciality restaurant were great. room was lovely; beautiful view to the sea grounds and beach area were pleasant drinks were disappointing - sicky sweet tropical drinks; only draught beer; cheap substitutes for things like Bailey's and Kalua

Pool was nice. Staff very friendly. Limited bar open at certain hours, so you had to traverse the hotel a lot for the drinks after certain hours. Shots mainly only allowed were tequila, couldn’t request other shots.

Great property in a gated community, love the short walk to the dolphin show and shopping. Beach was quite rocky and the lagoon was slimey.

room and staff were great - what could use improvement is the variety of food and temperature of food already on the buffet-- it is always lukewarm- never hot
