「It was very convenient a with everything we needed. It is a bit far away from the more touristy areas. But great if that is what you are looking for. Staff are good at communication and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store less than a block away.」

The place is falling apart - wall paper peeling with water damage from above and possibly mold, moldy grout in shower and in the kitchen; sofa is so dirty it would be scary to sit, burn marks on one of the seats. The vents have visibly crusted dust. The bidet leaks water. The floor and baseboards are super dirty. There is a strong odor of mildew. Stairway is blocked with accumulation of laundry bags. One time we walked downstairs and the security door to the building was...
